It's our second spring here in Ballyfermot and it's also our second brew of Eventually. When we last made this beautiful DIPA, we were really hitting our stride with all the new equipment and the team, and pushing that mash filter to see what it could really do! Countless brews and beers later, it's great to come back to Eventually.
