This is an inflated IPA with lots of hops and full body, but also clearly marked bitterness, for a maffy mouthfeel. The beer is in New England style, which makes it cloudy and "juicy", with a lot of aroma and taste. The style is made to be drunk as fresh as possible and should therefore be stored cool and should not be stored.
In this beer, we have worked with a combination of hop varieties that gives a clear character in both aroma and taste. The amount of hops we have added gives a full-bodied, hopy beer with tropical tones.
