EDELBRÄU
Appearance
Allgäuer Büble Edelbräu has a deep golden color structure with optical brilliance and slightly reddish color complexes. The light traditional beer from the Allgäu Alps is crowned by a lush head of foam.
Taste
The interplay of caramel-like impressions, a subtle hop bitterness in the initial taste and nutty-spicy aromas in the body indicate the Hallertau hops used and the selected specialty malts. This successful combination ensures that the Allgäuer Büble Edelbräu has a pleasantly warm mouthfeel in the finish.
Meal accompaniment
Allgäuer Büble Edelbräu is suitable as an accompaniment to spicy dishes. Strong cheeses such as Romadur, cream cheese or red smear cheese are a good addition with their ripe character. The aromatic malt body also tolerates hearty flavors such as spicy roasts, hearty stews or savory lunch plates.
