Echo Dream
DIPA w/ FLOC
Antipodean hopped DIPA with Riwaka, NZ Cascade and Galaxy.
Brewed in collaboration with our friends from FLOC in Canterbury, we have crammed in a silly amount of southern hemisphere hops to create a DIPA that is a true flavour bomb. A soft, pillowy body is contrasted by bold New Zeland and Australian hops. We have used Riwaka for some punchy citrus and passionfruit notes, Galaxy hops to build the thickness and pine, while NZ Cascade balances everything out with tropical juiciness.
