Eat Yer Bread - This is an easy-drinking pale ale brewed with heritage barley and local wheat, liberally hopped with Tettnang from Locher Farm, Germany. Brewed in collaboration with our friends from Texas, Yokefellow.
Inspired by the types of beers we like to make, and more importantly like to drink, we combined our favourite Bere barley with some local malted wheat from Mungoswells in East Lothian, as well as some Tettnang hops from Locher Farms in Germany to create a dry, crisp pale ale, which brings together the freshness of noble hops, with a lager-like body and carbonation.
