Generously hopped with HBC522 and Cascade, inspired by our previous beer ‘In The Nick of Time,’ but with a new fermentation process, gently dry-hopped and infused with Nitro.
A refreshing hoppy stout with loads of herbal layers to discover. Adding nitrogen has created a super creamy pour and mouthfeel, allowing the flavors to shine in a whole new way.
Our advice: serve cooled, shake well until you don’t hear any more sound, then crack open and pour vigorously.
