We teamed up with our buddies at Howling Hops for this fun fruit sour collaboration. Fruit purees are often used in sour beers and this one is no different. However, we took a portion of the fruit contribution and boiled it into a sticky jam before adding to the beer, both hot side and at the end of fermentation, for added complexity. Featuring raspberries and blackcurrants.
