Many years ago, our Uncle Dieter Graßl wrote down a legendary recipe for a dark bock beer and filed it away for posterity. Unfortunately, he punched out the kilogram measurement for the malt. The most precious piece of paper ever! We've completed the recipe, and the result is a dark bock with a strong caramel note: sweet, malty, full-bodied, and simply delicious. For everyone who likes it dark, strong, yet smooth. Cheers to cold days and warm hearts!
