The newest beer to come out of our heritage lager range. In our quest for the perfect expression of different varietals, we’ve been keen to get the beers as dry as we can and this beer is really the pinnacle of that.
We love using Bere and it always makes an appearance here and there, especially in our hoppy beers. It’s definitely the most characterful (and sometimes full on) barley that we use.
So Dry is a Bere lager that we fermented out to leave zero sugars in the beer, giving room for the character of the barley to shine through in a restrained, crisp and super pintable way.
