Dream Baby Dream is an 8% Double IPA bringing together Omnipollo with Other Half, Tall Trees and Lyric Brewing. This huge collaboration combines selected Citra from Yakima with Nelson Sauvin and Riwaka from Freestyle Hops for an intensely modern hop profile. A generous addition of oats and wheat gives the beer an exceptionally soft, pillowy mouthfeel, creating a plush and hop-forward DIPA from some serious names in modern craft beer.
