We’ve pushed the mash filter near as far as it can go, with a grist of over 40% Oats on this one and a hefty lashing of Wheat and Maris to boot too. Slightly crisper water, same peachy London Ale III ester and supple texture and a healthy low bitterness in the whirlpool from our favourite El Dorado again to bring the candy vibes.
This one’s all about the brightness, and has been designed around our love for Motueka. What better way to support Motueka than with a generous helping of Vic Secret to swell its soft edges with all things strawberries and apricot then build all that top end of freshly juiced lime and pine from this kiwi hop star.
It’s as bright and refreshing as you can get in this style while reminding you throughout it’s a 26g/L monster of a DIPA at regular welcome intervals and we’re bloody loving it.
