In true northern style, we’ve brewed an old school, no messing, west coast DIPA. Packed with some of the classic US ‘C’ hops plus the headlining Simcoe variety, this is a resinously sticky IPA with punchy notes of citrus pith, melon rind, and dank pine, backed up by smooth caramel notes and a punchy upfront bitterness.
