We’ve changed focus a bit since our last series of dank, juicy and balanced IPAs, and this time we’re going West Side, back to San Diego circa 2008 to 2015.
Dolphin Spray is a crisp and bitter West Coast IPA with a generous hit of C-hops, a crisp and refreshing body, fruit and pine in abundance. It’s bright, punchy and unapologetically bitter, with a clean finish.
This one has been a long time coming, and we super happy to finally get it out into the world!
Ingredients: Water, Barley Malt, Hops (Citra, Nectaron, Amarillo, Centennial, Columbus + Chinook), Yeast
