Dinosaur Tea Party 
Long held as one of our favourite breweries we’re stoked to announce the first of two collaborations with Neon Raptor Brewing Co. ! 
The stars aligned and we had the perfect opportunity in the middle of festival season to brew a home and away collab. Playing to each other’s strengths we decided on the same concept brewed as a Modern Sour Beer and a hazy IPA – Lemon Iced Tea! 
As a soft drink inspired beer we opted to fit this collaboration in with our Session Sour series. Brewed with Assam tea from our neighbours Edinburgh Tea and Coffee Company, and finished with Sicilian lemon zest and a splash of juicy for extra tasty tartness, perfect for late summer BBQs!
