Created as a dual release, Desire showcases the characteristics of Southern Cross, a hop often flown under the radar compared to some of the other bigger name varietals.
Desire is blended with El Dorado to create a DIPA that effuses lemon zest, pine and stone fruit with a delightfully sharp finish.
