This super refreshing beer has been designed to quench the thirst on these warm days as spring gives way to summer. Inspired by the delicious Cantarito cocktail based on Orange, Grapefruit, Lime, Salt and Tequila we thought this flavour combination would be perfect in low abv sour form. Plenty of wheat and a healthy dose of oats build a light but fluffy body which is accompanied by a slight salinity making for a refreshing finish. The fruiting rate is kept at a level to not overpower the base beer yet still bring lots of sunny citrus vibes. To give a note of complexity and to bring a woody tequila noted we steeped a small amount of American oak chips in the beer. The result is a beer that is perfect for the beach, hiking in the mountains or just sitting back and enjoying a light refreshing beverage.
