Dämmerlicht returns! Slightly different to previous beers, this batch is Alc. 5.2% Vol. This one's about the malt: a lovely black lager with satisfying malt character provided by German toasted barley. Hopped with Hallertauer Tradition, lagered slowly over the winter in our gloriously cold brewery. (We left it to it, most of the time!).
