Still Bone Dry Fine Cider
A single variety cider made with Dabinett apples, from an old orchard in Herefordshire. Fermented with wild yeasts, & matured in oak ex-whiskey barrels.
With a bright amber orange lustre: on the nose there are cloves, spice & rich ripe fruit (mostly Seville orange, flesh and rind) with charred wood notes. Big, rich oak taste of ripe orange & apple, * a hint of bitterness & astringency for a full mouthfeel. Oak & fruit battle it out in this bottle, as refreshing moreish bitter orange coming through at the final hurdle. Alc. 7.6% vol.
