We first brewed D'Or Mouse last year, and we loved it so here is a fresh batch! This is the sort of hoppy pale Continental beer that has inspired us for decades. Expect a pale golden beer with abundant leafy hop character, backed up by a fruity mellow malt character. Here, hops taste like plants, not like candy. The malt provides the fruity softness that rounds it out. Some bitterness is required in a beer such as this, elevating it to the "it's a drinker" category. Although at this new strength, it’s also reasonable to put it in the “it’s a sipper” category too…
