Old school hops, like Comet, Columbus and Crystal, meet hypermodern hops like Superdelic and Vista. Sweet fruits balanced by piney bitterness and endless layers of flavors to discover. This is what bridging tradition and innovation tastes like!
In this Double IPA, physics and flavor unite, driven by a thrust of classic and modern hops, seamlessly bridging tradition and innovation. Old meets new, classic meets the future.
We lay the foundation for a spicy, dank, and piney old-school IPA, to then surprise with hypermodern hops.
On the hot side of brewing, we welcomed classic hops like Comet, Columbus, and Crystal – old-school choices from the ’60s that now sometimes seem forgotten.
For the dry hop, we added Superdelic and Vista hops. Superdelic, a brand new hops that was released last year –funfact: we were invited as one of six breweries in Europe to try it first, brings flavors of vanilla, golden kiwi, and melon – a true New Zealand experience. Vista, released in 2021, offers melon, ripe peach, and papaya.
