This filtered, top-fermented blonde beer has an alcohol content of 7% and undergoes secondary fermentation in bottles available in 33cl, 75cl, and 1.5l formats. Its pale blonde color is slightly cloudy. It is brewed with a blend of malts, Saaz hops, sugar, water, and yeast. During the boil, dried sweet orange peels are added, subtly perceptible, bringing a smoothness to the beer.
