Cryo Pop is something we've been looking at with great interest since it first landed on our radar toward the back end of last year. A product of Yakima Chief's R&D facility, this blend of Cryo Hops contains varietals loaded with beer-soluble compounds capable of surviving the harsh brewing processes that can kill of aromatics in a finished beer. By maximising these concentrations, the result is an incredibly powerful hop pellet that creates a literal "pop" of aromas. We've utilised 20kg of this varietal, as well as additional lashings of Mosaic and Idaho 7 to make a complete flavour-bomb of a beer. Expect to find absolutely huge stone fruit, tropical and citrus aromas as well as flavours to boot in this kickass IPA.
