For this collaboration we've teamed up with Damian from Heaton Hops, based in Stockport, to create a big, juicy DIPA dripping with fresh hop character. Ridiculously smooth, citrus laden and floral!
We use spelt in the grist and utilise Citra and Ekuanot alongside HBC 586 - a new hop from YCH - banger!
