CREAM ON CHROME
Return of the Cream. We’ve belted out an updated brew of Cream on Chrome for this year and it’s our first brew of it here in our new digs in Ballyfermot. We’ve been getting our hands on some particularly good Lemondrop and Citra this year so brewing this lemon, mango and lychee monster was an absolute must. Increased whirlpool hop additions, increased double dry hop addition of Lemondrop and Citra in FV at our 24g/L mark and a body that’s creamier than cream has us all smashing tins of this after shift here this week.
