Even the smallest of IPAs can change the Course of the Future. It's fair to say we've made a fair few changes at Ridgeside lately. So to kick off a new year and decade we decided to brew something light, fresh but packed full of flavour. Course of the future is a 3.5% Small IPA brewed using El Dorado, Citra and Lemondrop hops creating a flavour packed beverage with body that belies it's strength. The creamy body coupled with notes of citrus, pear and pine harmonise to create a truly sessionable IPA! Cheers!
