Vanilla Porter 8% vol
A winter porter brewed with vanilla.
Taste: Chocolate biscuits and juicy seasonal cranberries, oatmeal and sweet spun sugar, vanilla soft serve ice cream speckled with vanilla, and slight toasted pecan. All these things wash over you, taking you to a cabin in the woods, to spend time with family at the cosiest time of the year.
Appearance: Jet black with a dark brown head.
Nose: Rich earthy toasted winter spices and creamy bourbon vanilla jumps out the glass upon pouring.
Malts: Pilsner zero, Munich malt, Carafa special T-2, Oat malt, Cara pale, Cara 150, Lactose
Hops: Magnum, Yellow sub, Ugandan vanilla, Madagascar vanilla
OG 24° ; FG 10.2° ; IBU 30
Serve 12–16 ˚C
