Back by popular demand is one of our favourite sours with the Indian street food legends, Bundobust! The perfect compliment to their delicious dishes, providing a soothing counterpart to "too much spicy"!

Starting with a base grist loaded with oats and a little lactose, this kettle sour is fermented with our house yeast to accentuate the zesty fruity flavours. We pitch in fresh pineapple juice and add the sweet, tropical coconut to provide that signature, smooth Lassi style. We think this pairs beautifully with a Vada Pav or their delicious Bundo Chaat.
