The term sunshine in a glass gets thrown around a lot these days, but in this version of our Triple Fruited Gose series, we really do mean it. If you're wondering, no we haven't melted down a lorry load of solero ice creams. We've taken our signature Gose recipe with its thick body made using oats, lactose and salt and given it our signature triple fruited treatment. This time we're using a fruit we've never worked with before, passion fruit, and combining it with a fruit we saw a lot in our last TFG, the tropical champion; mango! Passion Fruit clenches hands with the bright ever-zesty 'Lalamand Helveticus' Lactobascilus strain to bring a super sour dream team with salt stepping into the picture making sure they don’t get too carried away. A nice and easy 4.5% makes it picnic applicable, now all we need is that summer weather to return!
