BA Stoutwine 11.5% vol
A barrel aged Stoutwine blended from Scotch Whisky, maple syrup, and Sauternes.
Taste: A rich malt body combines with dark chocolate before being overwhelmed by sweet sherry and lashings of spicy peat smoke. Gentle notes of oak pair with caramel and dark liquorice flavours, finishing with the character of freshly pulled Italian espresso and toffee.
Appearance: Dark black with a deep brown head.
Nose: Rich salted caramel, molasses, and sweet sticky date syrup dominate the nose, with undertones of mixed winter spice and pipe tobacco.
