GATTO 10% TRUPLE FRUITED IMPERIAL SOUR CHERRY STOUT
Earlier this year, Beak and North Brewing Co. were challenged to combine two of their most popular beers as part of Cloudwater’s The Mashup project. After a public vote, we decided to combine Jurgen with North’s Triple Fruited Gose. The result is GATTO, a 10% imperial stout brewed with massive additions of raspberry, cherry and sour cherry. Expect molten cacao nibs, chocolate cake, bourbon and Bakewell tarts.
