Kölsch-inspired beer brewed with Gareth, the head brewer from Deya, in our brewery. He was jonesing to hop in the koelship so we used Bramling Cross (berry-like, lovely hop from the UK) and Belma (citrus hop from the USA). It was bittered more traditionally with Tettnang hops from Germany. It’s great!
