We’ve hooked up with Leeds’ finest sauce slinger, Luca at Thiccc Sauce to collaborate on a Mexican mole inspired chocolate + chilli stout.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eA big dose of chocolate malt, backed up with munich, crystal, mild ale, black, special B and amber malt provide an insanely smooth and rich dark chocolate base. Believe us when we say, it is REALLY chocolaty! Luca brought his chilli knowledge to the table providing Pasilla, Chipotle, Ancho and Mulato for the brew. We toasted and deseeded 20KG of Pasilla, Chipotle, Ancho and Mulato peppers, soaking them in the stout in our hop canon, sending the beer back into the tank and repeating the process until the spice was nice!
