FARNY Hefe-Weizen has been brewed at the FARNY brewery using original bottle fermentation since the 1970s.
This means that the last fermentation takes place directly in the bottle. This process is more complex than the so-called one-tank process. You will recognize it immediately from the fact that the yeast forms a fine sediment with FARNY yeast wheat, which is poured into the glass with the last sip of the contents of the bottle, slightly shaken up.
