The first of the LUX series shines a light on one of the most delicious hops we use, Galaxy. This time in both Pellet & Spectrum format, which is a revolutionary new, fully dispersable liquid hop product. We use our pillowy malt base of pilsner, wheat and chit malt which brings soft fullness and a juicy mouthfeel to support and highlight the beautiful hop. You’ll find a huge breadth of flavour and aroma locked into this beer, beginning with a flood of heady passionfruit and lychee before mellowing into sweet melon, mango and peach. The finish is long and smooth with lingering bursts of tropical deliciousness.
