Sweeter and richer than siblings Delirium Tremens and Delirium Nocturnum, Brasserie Huyghes festive Delirium Christmas is a true Christmas cracker!

Poured in its Delirium Beer Glass, this beer displays an off-white head. First the latter is abundant and creamy, but it doesn’t last long on the glass rim. The beer itself pours an amber to red colour like the Delirium Red, but it has nothing else comparable to other Delirium Beers. It releases strong scents of yeast, malt, caramel and wood.

In the mouth, one will taste very fruity flavours of plum, peach and grapes. The aftertaste is obviously warm from the presence of alcohol and even prickles the tip of the tongue. It is sweet, spicy and lightly bitter. Since 2000, the Delirium Christmas is on every Christmas dinner table.
