Maredsous blonde is a medium bodied and well rounded, malty-hoppy, blond abbey beer. Best served in a branded tulip glass, with or without the sediment. Good with chicken and pasta.
Maredsous Brune 8 is a brown Abbey Beer, originally brewed for Christmas, but over the years it has become an institution! With its dark burgundy colour, this frothy beer has distinctive aromas, blending caramel with fruity notes! The citrus aftertaste takes away the "heaviness" of a traditional brown ale.
Brewed in respect of a religious tradition, the Maredsous is an Abbey triple and top-fermented beer. It is re-fermented in bottle and aged for 2 months.
The Maredsous Triple is preferably served at 6 and 10°C. Ideally, taste the Maredsous in its associated Chalice beer glass.
