When the passion for brewing unites: Together with our friends from the Deschutes Brewery, we brewed a full-bodied Zwickl. The unique composition of our Bitburger sealed hops from the heart of the Eifel and the American aroma hop varieties Citra and Mosaic, which are grown in Yakima (USA), give our Bitburger Dry Hop'd Zwickl its fruity, hoppy taste. Our Bitburger Dry Hop'd Zwickl has a fruity and hoppy taste. With its copper-colored, fine sheen and its fine-pored, creamy-white foam, the beer, which is triple hopped and refined with the special hop varieties Citra and Mosaic from the Yakima growing region (USA), smells of ripe apricots, peaches and lime. Fruity and full-bodied on the first taste, there is a balanced interplay of harmoniously integrated hop notes and a pleasant bitterness that fades away gently on the palate.
