'Bourbon BA Barely Wine 012' Something a little different - A barley wine using only floor-malted pale ale malt. The beer was rolling boiled for 48 hours, caramelising the wort to the point that it almost resembles a stout. After ageing in Makers Mark bourbon barrels the result is a complex barley wine with notes of dark caramel and raisins alongside oak and vanilla from the barrel.
