We have aged our Barley wine in Pedro Ximénez barrels, which is probably the sweetest wine in the world.
The combination of the barrel with the ruby-red beer gives a bouguet of dried dried fruits such as raisins, figs and dates. Accompanied by aromas of honey, grape syrup, jam and candied fruit. At the same time, it is also reminiscent of freshly ground coffee, dark chocolate, cocoa and licorice.
