A big, sort-of old school (bitter) IPA with layers of fruity hops: the fruitiest! Nectaron, Waimea, Equanot, Summit, Nelson Sauvin... And then for bitterness and pininess, Chinook & Simcoe. Whooo! It's a wild ride.
Pairing our koelship hopping methods with some hops in the kettle and during fermentation, this is not an IPA to trifle with. You want sherry for that!
