Crafted from a blend of two bourbon barrel-aged stouts with 8 kilograms of dried cherries and infused with vanilla & tonka bean.
Aromas of ripe cherries, smooth vanilla notes, and rich chocolate are complimented by an intricate spice from tonka bean. Barrel wood notes work to enhance the expression of cherry, while tonka and vanilla subtly steer this beer’s profile towards the pastry realm. Delicate flavours reminiscent of Bakewell tart and chocolate liqueur create a
nuanced flavour profile, and are complemented by a smooth, well balanced body.
