Presenting the classic intense hop flavour of our dry hopped foudre ale meanwhile showcasing the complex and funky flavour profile from the wild yeast in our foudre. With rich stone fruit and grape flavours from hop and funky flavour in the background.

Best paired with a reflection on the changing global cimate and how it creates a multitude of challenges for hopworkers everywhere.
