Cherry Reds
Cherry Reds was made from a blend of three amber and red beers all made in winter 2022/2023. They underwent spontaneous fermentation in white Burgundy and red Bordeaux barrels for around two and a half years. The resulting beers were chosen for their red fruit aromatics and bright juicy acidity. Organic sour cherry juice was added just before bottling.
