Imperial Gose 8% vol
A fruit-forward Imperial Gose brewed with sour cherries.
Taste: Bright acidity reminiscent of juicy homemade cider washes over the tongue, as the beer opens up to notes of jammy cherries, ripe dark stone fruits and a pillowy malt character, before giving away to sweet baking spices, toasted almonds, a lingering drying finish and a mineral edge, which round everything up.
Appearance: Vibrant ruby red with a brief pink head.
Nose: Aromas of ripe sour cherries and mixed berry compote are followed by delicate notes of lilac blossoms and poached pears.
Malts: Pilsner zero
Hops: Yellow Sub, Cherries
