A 9.0% imperial chocolate cherry cake porter, it was inspired by cult Leeds bakehouse Noonchi Cake’s cherry-chocolate flecked signature flavour of the same name. Luckily Dani, Noonchi’s creator-in-chief, was happy to collaborate with us, making sure we got the flavours spot on (and plying us with beautiful cake).
