A seasonal lager allowed generous time in tank for pristine conditioning. Traditional Callista and Tettnang hops, sourced direct from the farm in Germany, offer us floral and tangerine notes. The beauty of the Helles style comes in the balance of that aromatic hop bitterness against hearty, bready malt flavours.
