CAKE® is our new series of ultra-packed pastry stouts brewed at the Church and barrel-aged in our facility. For the debut release, we chose our favorite adjuncts: coconut and peanut. We utilized several different versions of coconut to layer the aroma and flavor, creating what we consider the conclusion of everything we’ve learned about making pastry-forward beers. It is simply, and purely, Cake.
