Created in 2003, Bush Prestige is an exceptional beer that stands out for its unique production process. Originally a Bush Character, its traditional fermentation tank aging was replaced by maturation in oak barrels for a period of 6 to 9 months. This aging imparts aromas reminiscent of whiskeys and brandies aged in oak casks, adding complex and refined nuances, all blending into an exceptionally rounded profile.
During bottling, a small amount of sugar and yeast is added, allowing the beer to undergo secondary fermentation in the bottle (kept in a warm room), which gives it a natural haze. Available exclusively in 75cl format and with an alcohol content of 12.5%, Bush Prestige offers a powerful taste and rich aromas, making it a truly exceptional beer for tasting.
