Our latest release is an almost neon yellow “no coast” DIPA with a clarity that has to be seen to be believed - not a hazy DIPA - a BRIGHT DIPA - and it's tasting awesome.
We created Boxchat by going low and slow. We gave it an extended rest period in the tank at a low temperature which has dialled up the clarity.. Expect dank and weedy notes, intense bursts of juicy tropical fruit and zesty citrus high notes from the dry hop triple hit of Galaxy, Mosaic and Citra.
