Braeburn, Jonagold, Golden's, Bramley apples varieties co-fermented & aged in Ex-Bourbon Oak barrel over Winter, & into Spring, before bottling in the Spring without filtration or any sulphur added.
Fresh, citrusy cider with vanilla character & a gentle influence of American oak.
Fermented with wild yeasts. Alc. 5.5% vol
